LSB2 Support Ending [FAQ]

As the world’s technology continues to improve, it also means that old technology slowly
becomes outdated. One of these is Lutheran Service Builder 2, an application predating the current
Online Lutheran Service Builder


Lutheran Service Builder 2 will no longer be supported by Concordia Technology Solutions starting
on January 31, 2022. What this means is that we will no longer update the software or provide
technical support for it on and after that date, but you will be able to export content and continue to
be charged to do that.


What does this mean for you?

  • You will continue to be charged for this software, but any support will be discontinued.
  • If a future update to Windows occurs and you lose access to Lutheran Service Builder 2, the
    support team will not be able to help you recover your data.
  • You are at an increased risk of losing your data after January 31, 2022.
  • You are liable for any data lost if you continue using Lutheran Service Builder 2 after January
    31, 2022.

If you get a new computer, you will not be able to install LSB 2 since the installer will no longer be available.

The cost of the software will remain the same.
