There is a known issue with Word 2007 not recognizing the Book-fold option when exporting from Online LSB in ".docx." The file appears onscreen, in Word, correctly and in Print Preview, but does not print with the correct formatting. The options here would be to upgrade your version of Word or to export your Bulletin in ".rtf." ".rtf" files will recognize the Book-fold option and apply it accordingly.
