A common practice for some users is to copy hymns from Lutheran Service Builder and directly paste them into a Word document.

In early 2022, Lutheran Service Builder upgraded its security settings as part of an update. As a consequence, older versions of Microsoft Office do not support the newer security requirements, hereby preventing images from being downloaded. So far, this issue has been narrowed down to the pre-2016 version of Microsoft Word.
One workaround is to look up your hymns in the global search on the calendar view and export the hymn to Microsoft Word directly. You can also export your bulletin with all of your chosen hymns and copy and paste from the export.
